Background, Tobey Fitch
Tobey began Fitch Associates in 1995. From 1988 to 1995, he led Organizational and Management Development projects at Apple Computer, including the Power PC transition, the Apple/Motorola alliance, and large scale organizational change projects in the U.S, Europe and Japan. He also facilitated numerous teambuildings and executive staff retreats.

Prior to Apple he was with US Sprint, as an Account Executive, Sales Manager, and Director of U.S. Sales and Marketing Training.

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Progressive Securities in Portland, Oregon, Golden West Productions in Seattle, and has served on the boards of several organizations.

And, he is funny, practical, and bald.
